Activate Overseas ATM Withdrawal Limit

Step 1

Login SC Mobile and click “Services” > “Deposits & Debit Cards” > “Manage Debit/ATM Card Transaction Limit”.

Select the ATM/ debit card you want to activate.
Step 4

Turn on the toggle switch of ‘Overseas ATM Withdrawal’ > Enter the new Card Overseas ATM Withdrawal Daily Limit, start date and end date > Click ‘Continue’.
Note: The minimum daily Overseas ATM Withdrawal Limit is HKD1,000. Withdrawals must be made in multiples of HKD1,000 (or multiples of HKD100 for Teens ATM Card).

Enter your PIN for SC Mobile Key for verification.

It’s done.

Login Online Banking > “Help & Services > Click “Service Request”.

A window will be pop-up, scroll to the bottom and click “Card Management” > Select “Manage Debit/ATM Card Transaction Limit”.

Select the ATM/debit card that you want to modify the limit > follow the same process as the one on SC Mobile App
Step 6

Approve the activation request on SC Mobile app by entering your 6-digit PIN for SC Mobile Key.
Step 7

It’s done.

Step 1

Login Online Banking > Click 'Overseas ATM Withdrawal Maintenance'.
Step 2

Select your credit card number and choose 'Card Activation' > enter the new Overseas ATM Withdrawal Daily Limit and date > click 'Next'.
Step 3

Click 'Submit if you confirm the selected card number and new limit amount are correct.
Step 4

Approve the account register request on SC Mobile app, or enter a transaction password and SMS OTP if you do not register for SC Mobile Key.
Step 5

It’s done.
